Politics shoved down your throat.

It seems the author chose to write a story about discrimination instead of superheroes. Throughout the entire game every fourth page involves someone going off on a rant about the plight of the poor ani-powereds and how oppressed they are in a clear attempt to attempt to force the authors views on modern social movements down the readers throats. In addition, you are forced to become a advocate for said ani-powers regardless of whether you want to or not and are punished if you choose to have any other motivation besides bringing awareness to underrepresented groups.

I managed to find some enjoyment in the game but it is clear that its not about powers, its about politics.
